Area: Central London Members only Pan-Asian Once the last word in exclusive London cool, China White lost its mojo in the mid-noughties. A relaunch saw the venue move to a town house in Fitzrovia and, with an oriental look, exclusivity is still key. ££ Mark's Bar
	Area: Central London British bites Hidden underneath Mark Hix’s most recent Soho restaurant, his eponymous bar has become a favourite with his art/fashion crowd. Area: Central London Members only A new contender for coolest members’ bar, Willa’s opened quietly in 2009 but didn’t stay that way for long. Run by 24-year-old Willa Keswick (whose family run the Mandarin Hotel Group), the Soho space was the venue for Tatler’s 300th anniversary party and profiles of the hostess in London press followed.
